World Cancer Day 2019
Every year on 4th February, World Cancer Day sparks conversations on the most critical issues in cancer all around the world.
This year we’re looking forward to hosting a Facebook Live Q&A with some of our partners from the Wales Cancer Partnership.
The Wales Cancer Partnership aims to foster closer relationships between all cancer organisations in Wales, bringing together all our voices for the benefit of current and future cancer patients, their families and communities.
You can submit your questions and we'll put them to our interview panel, including a researcher, nurse, cancer survivor and oncologist.
We'll be streaming from facebook.com/tenovuscancercare on Monday 4th February from 3.30pm so log on and join in the discussion!
The theme to this year’s World Cancer Day is all about your story and your commitment.
We’ll be sharing images across our social media channels using #IamIwill to demonstrate how we are acting now to impact the future for cancer patients.
If you’d like to pledge to do something for Tenovus Cancer Care make sure you tag us in your posts! You can download and print your own Tenovus Cancer Care World Cancer Day placard here.
Also, our third Mobile Support Unit, the largest mobile chemotherapy unit in the world, will be parked up in Nantgarw Bowlplex Car Park from 2pm – 6pm and you’re invited to come on board and see how we bring cancer treatment and support closer to home for patients across Wales.
