Saturday, 29th September 2018, National Lido of Wales, Lido Ponty, Pontypridd
Can you take on the Bristol Channel Challenge?
Help us make a splash by swimming across the
Bristol Channel. Don’t worry - you won’t actually have to swim shore to shore in open water! The challenge is taking place in the less cold, less salty environment of on the National Lido of Wales, Lido Ponty 29. th September
The challenge gives you the chance to take on distances of
1K (Barry Dock Light House to Ship Propeller on the Beach), 5K (Lavernock Point to Flat Holm Island) or the full 10k which is the equivalent distance from Goldcliff to Portishead.
You can set a
personal target and take on the challenge alone or you can amass a team of family and friends and take on the challenge relay style!
Teams must be made up of
2 - 5 people and registration is only £12 (each person must be registered) but for teams of four swimmers or more, registration is only £10 per person. Under 16’s swim for free!
