Get involved with Cymru!

Without fundraising and donations we wouldn’t be able to reach out to support those affected by cancer across Wales.

Could your school or workplace join us as we Wear Red for Cymru on Wednesday 16th of June as Cymru to take on Turkey in their Euros group game?

We’ll provide you with everything you need on the day from posters, to collection tins to colouring sheets where pupils can design their own football shirt! Click below to download our colour sheet!

All we ask is for each person wearing red to donate £1 to Tenovus Cancer Care and the money raised will allow us to continue to provide treatment, emotional support and practical advice to families affected by cancer across Welsh communities where and when they need us most.

To sign your school or workplace up for Wear Red Day, please email fundraising@tenovuscancercare.org.uk and a member of our Fundraising Team will give you all the information you need.

You can have some fun with friends, family and colleagues while raising vital funds for Tenovus Cancer Care by holding your own tournament sweepstake for this summer’s Euros!

We have two sheet options for you to download below – a £2 sweepstake and a blank sweepstake for you to choose your own amount.

Playing is easy! Before 11th of June:

  • Choose a country and write you name in the box
  •  Donate £2 per guess
  • The sweepstake winner is the person that chose the winning country of the Euro 2020 tournament.
  • Donate half of the sweepstake donation to Tenovus Cancer Care or better still why not get a prize donated and all the money raised can be paid to Tenovus Cancer Care.

Want to challenge yourself? Taking on a challenge event is a great way to support cancer patients and their loved ones while having fun and challenging yourself. We have places at this year’s London Marathon, Cardiff Half and Snowdonia Marathon still available as well as a Brecon Beacons abseil!
