We know a healthy diet and weight is really important in preventing cancer, so it’s really important that we make sure people understand how to make the right choices.
Foodwise for Life
Foodwise for Life is an 8 week course which teaches you everything you need to know to be more informed in your food decisions, and understand what you eat.
We work in partnership with Change for Life and Nutrition Skills for Life, to help you learn to eat well, understand portion sizes and food labels, and the importance of regular exercise. Each weekly session lasts one hour and takes place in a local community venue.
