We would like to invite you to our virtual Patient and Public Interest Group (PAPIG) meeting on Thursday, 6th July 2023 from 10.00-11.30.

Presentations at the meeting include:

  • How to stop antidepressants safely (Institute for Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal)
  • Questions about your medicines? Access to help and advice including the Medicines Helpline (Welsh Medicines Advice Service)
  • Making patient information inclusive and accessible (Learning Disability Wales)

The AWTTC would very much like to hear the views and experiences of patients and carers and so there will be time for discussion and questions.

If you would like to join the next PAPIG meeting please register online or by emailing awttc@wales.nhs.uk.

AWTTC asks for patient views as part of the medicines appraisal process and also encourages patients to take part in consultations and submit comments about medicines optimisation resources. The Patient and Public Interest Group (PAPIG) was set up in 2013 with the aim of involving patients, carers and patient organisations in the work of AWTTC.

More information about PAPIG and how you can get involved in our work is available from the AWTTC website.
