Autistic Experiences of Cancer Care
The University of Liverpool are conducting a research study to explore the experiences of cancer care for autistic adults (without a learning disability) in North Wales. They are also inviting relatives/supporters and healthcare professionals who have supported autistic patients through cancer treatment. Insights from interviews will help them identify challenges and recommend ways to improve cancer care for autistic people.

Speak About Your Cervical Cancer Journey to MSc Biomedical Sciences Students at Swansea University
Swansea University is looking for someone who has experienced cervical cancer, either personally or through a close family member, to speak to MSc Biomedical Sciences students as part of a teaching module. The session will focus on their journey from screening through to diagnosis and treatment, providing students with an enriched understanding of the patient perspective in cancer care and research.

Give feedback on information sheets for a Cardiff University and Velindre NHS Trust PhD project
A PhD project is exploring what information and support lung cancer patients want on physical activity. Researchers want feedback from anyone who is currently receiving treatment for any cancer, on the written information which will be given to participants before they take part in the project.

Share your thoughts on prostate cancer screening
The UK National Screening Committee (UK NSC) want to hear your views around screening for prostate cancer. Join the largest study of melanoma ever
MyMelanoma is a study designed to research the important current questions about melanoma and its treatment. The questions relate to treatments, the nature of the particular cancers (all cancers are a little bit different), other health matters and to lifestyles. The aim of the study is to collect high quality, detailed information which will be used as a resource by scientists to carry out research to benefit melanoma patients.

Call for Welsh-speaking volunteers to give feedback on Welsh translations of medical questionnaires for NHS Wales
Iaith mewn Iechyd is a group of volunteer Welsh-speakers who help test Welsh translations of medical questionnaires used across NHS Wales. They are currently looking for Welsh-speaking cancer patients and/or carers to join the group and help test translations of cancer questionnaires by taking part in a short, informal interview with a friendly NHS staff member and providing feedback on the clarity and readability of the Welsh translation.
