Tenovus Cancer Care already has a number of services that support people through cancer, including Benefits Advice, Support Line, and Counselling. We want to make sure our services are led by clients, providing an holistic service, and working in partnership with medical professionals and other supportive services.
To do this, we’d like to identify what is currently being offered, what isn’t being offered, and ways to improve so we can adapt our services accordingly. This may be through changing our services, or through developing partnerships with other providers and signposting to other services, to ensure that the right advice is being provided at the right time, in a way that is fully client led.
Anyone currently diagnosed with cancer, who has recently gone through cancer treatment, or who has supported someone with cancer, is invited to click on the survey link here to tell us about the help you received. This should take you no more than 5 minutes.
