Smile & Support Volunteer - Basecamp - 10 Y Fan Challenge
Date: Saturday 09 May – Sunday 10 May
Time slots required: 5pm – 10pm | 10pm – 6am | 6am – 12pm | 10am – 3pm |12pm – 6pm
Responsible to: Rebecca Edmunds / Ceri Hill / Harriet Parsons
Requirements: Minimum age 18+
Parking at the national car park costs £7.50 per day but volunteers can claim this back.
What’s a Basecamp Support Volunteer?
Can you make a cracking cuppa and provide encouragement to our fundraising trekkers as they challenge themselves to climb Pen y Fan not but once, but 10 times in 24 hours!? Can you smile, support and be a great ambassador for our cause?
What’s involved?
• Make hot drinks and offer snacks to our team of trekkers
• Supporting and motivating them throughout the challenge
• Chatting to our trekkers, their supporters and the general public about our cause.
