Virtual Challenges

Virtual Challenges

We have been dedicated to supporting cancer patients in Wales for over 75 years and the Coronavirus has made our support services for cancer patients and their loved ones more important than ever before.

If you’re social distancing to protect yourself or your loved ones then understandably, you may be feeling frustrated and anxious and you may have trouble sleeping.

This is a time to protect your mental wellbeing.

By taking on a virtual challenge event for us, you can both support cancer patients and their loved ones while also taking steps to look after your own mental health.

If you want more tips on how to make the most of your fundraising, you can see your guide to Fundraising Online here – including some handy social media images to help spread the word!
