'What Now?' is a new monthly group facilitated by Tenovus Cancer Care's Counselling Team, offering user-led emotional support for people living with cancer in Wales

Talking to others going through similar experiences can bring lightness, connection, and a sense of control. These sessions are designed to help you reduce feelings of isolation, share practical tips for managing symptoms and emotions, discover your strengths by supporting others

Start Date: Wednesday 08 October at 12pm
Recurring: Every first Wednesday of every month at 12pm
Location: Online via Zoom
Facilitators: Two group facilitators that are experienced counsellors

Reasons to join our Social Support Group

Research shows that social support groups can:

- Reduce stress and emotional distress
- Improve coping strategies and quality of life
- Enhance understanding of illness
- Lower pain perception
- Provide a safe space to connect with others and your own feelings

This group is focussed on connection, support, and wellness, guided by two experienced counsellors. Each month, we'll explore thought-provoking topics and create space for meaningful conversations.
