Cardiff and Vale’s Improving the Cancer Journey project is seeking input from anyone affected by cancer. If you or someone close to you has faced a cancer diagnosis, you’re invited to complete a short anonymous survey to help shape better support and services across the region.
Complete the survey here.
Let’s Talk – Community Conversations
Not everyone prefers to fill out a survey — that’s why the project team is also offering to visit groups, attend events, or host conversations with communities across Cardiff and Vale.
If your group would like to get involved, contact Lindsay Richards, Macmillan Project Manager, at Lindsay.Richards2@wales.nhs.uk
This initiative is supported by Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and Macmillan Cancer Support.
