Each concert across Wales offers a candlelit moment of reflection allowing families and friends to come together to remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones lost. They also bring hope and strength to those affected by a diagnosis.
A highlight of the evening will be a performance by one of our very own Sing With Us Choirs; our unique community choirs for people affected by cancer.
From orchestras to soloists and male voice choirs to school choirs, you will be entertained by some of the greatest musicians Wales has to offer.
