Sometimes it can feel easier to put your thoughts into words rather than talk about money over the phone

A cancer diagnosis can bring unexpected costs and financial worries. You may have questions about benefits, grants, travel costs, household bills or changes to your income.

Whatever your situation, our friendly Benefits Advisors are here to listen, offer advice and help you understand what support may be available. You don't need to know exactly what help you need. Simply tell us what you're going through and we'll help you find the right support.

Our Ask the Advisor service allows you to send your questions online and receive a response from our Benefits Advice team the next working day. Share whatever you feel comfortable telling us. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your situation and offer advice that's right for you.

Ask the Advisor is a confidential service. Your information is used to respond to your enquiry and will not be shared without your permission, except in specific circumstances where there is a legal or professional requirement to do so.
