Whether you're in it for the skills development, career opportunities or just want to contribute towards our work, there’s lots of ways you can make your time count.

From our warehouse, our network of charity shops or at one of our exciting events, we can find a volunteering opportunity that will suit you and your team best.

We can turn your time into treatment, creativity into care and skills into vital support!

Volunteering with us will not only help support people affected by cancer, it could also benefit your business by improving employee skills and engagement, and boosting your visibility in the community.

So while our busy teams are hard at work delivering quality support to families affected by cancer, your team could be our much appreciated helping hand to make sure we’re there for cancer patients when they need us most.

We know work commitments can change, so we’re flexible in our approach to employee volunteering and we’re happy for you to guide the conversation around your business needs.

You can decide to help as a one off, for a few hours here and there, commit to a particular event, or agree to a regular day to support us every month. And we promise, whatever you decide, you’ll walk away feeling like one of us!

It could be something practical like sorting out stock in our warehouse, building your e-commerce skills with our e-Bay store, merchandising our shops or styling an eye-catching window display!

Or perhaps you have an eye for detail and would prefer to help our teams by developing our marketing materials, reading over our latest research or helping our team to come up with innovative income generating ideas.

And you’d be in great company, as we’ve welcomed staff from leading organisations such as Admiral, 118 118, BT, Brains Brewery and Companies House to name a few.

Here’s what some of them told us:

“It’s a great way to encourage teamwork and good employee relations. I caught up with people from other teams that I hadn’t spoken to in a while, and we all worked together to get the job done. Fun team building activity whilst helping an excellent charity. Win win situation! We really enjoyed spending time out of the office doing something different, and the chance to be creative.”
