Join our team as an Own Place Runner
If you were lucky enough to secure your own spot for the Cardiff Half Marathon 2024, you can still join our team! As one of our own place runners, you’ll receive the same support as one of our charity place runners, but there’s no minimum fundraising amount, so you can raise what’s a comfortable target for you!
As one of our Cardiff Half Marathon runners, you'll receive the best support from our expert fundraising team. We'll also provide:
- A Team Tenovus Cancer Care running top/vest to wear on the day
- Access to our Team Tenovus Cancer Care Facebook group - allowing you to exchange training tips with other runners
- Our fundraising guide - with lots of hints and tips to help you reach your target
- Access to Tenovus Cancer Care materials - such as balloons, collection tins, posters
- All the social media support you could ask for
- A friendly and professional team of fundraisers, on hand to help you every step of the way
- The best support on the day, with friendly faces to join you at the beginning and end of the race!
