The Marathon Eryri has been voted Best British Marathon twice. The demanding and spectacular route, encircling Snowdon, Wales’ highest peak, gives the event a unique place in the annual marathon calendar.

You can apply for one of our charity places with Team Tenovus Cancer Care. Registration is just £50. We simply ask that our charity place runners pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £350.
Worried you won’t make the target? Don’t be! We will support you every step of the way and provide a free pack including everything you need to know about fundraising!
Already got a place?
If you are lucky enough to already have a place in the Snowdonia Marathon and would like to run for Tenovus Cancer Care anyway, we would be delighted to have you join our team! Simply email events@tenovuscancercare.org.uk and let us know you already have a place in the Snowdonia Marathon and we will send you all of our fundraising materials.
How we support you
You’ve run some of the UK’s toughest marathons, trained in torrential conditions and battled through those early, tough runs, but, the thought of fundraising terrifies you? Don’t worry! Our Running & Challenge Events team will support you through your fundraising from the minute you sign up! Join Team Tenovus and you will receive a fundraising pack full of advice and tips on how to raise money for your challenge. Plus, our dedicated team will be on hand whenever you need us for extra ideas and inspiration. You will also receive a bespoke Team Tenovus running vest for marathon day.
