Some people prefer a printed leaflet with all the information that they will need whilst others like to read things online. Public Health Wales have produced 2 versions of a paper leaflet as well as 2 versions of a shorter “digital resource” leaflet all about prehabilitation, so that in clinic patients can be asked how they want to access the information.

Prehabilitation can make a big difference to patients tolerance to and recovery from treatment and surgery, so it is important that the information is clear and understandable. Public Health Wales would like you to have a look at the information they have put together and feedback which parts work well, and where more or less information is necessary,

Please follow this link to read the leaflets and complete an online form to give your feedback, it should take approximately 30minutes.
