Everyone deserves the best experience possible at the end of life - with access to high quality care and support when and where they need it most. Emergency care use is high in the last year of life in Wales, with one study showing that nearly half of the people who died had used an ambulance or visited A&E in their final three months of life.

That's why Marie Curie are inviting people living in Wales who have been affected by terminal illness and who have used emergency care to share their experiences. This includes people that are:
- currently living with a terminal illness
- supporting and/or caring for someone living with a terminal illness – whether family, friends, volunteers or health or social care professionals
- bereaved family or friends of someone who has died from a terminal illness in the last 2 years.

Please take a few minutes to complete Marie Curie’s survey. Your voice will help guide those making decisions about care in Wales.

Take part today and help shape the future of care.
