Are you a cancer survivor who has completed treatment? Researchers from Birkbeck, University of London are conducting a study exploring factors associated with fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) and would really value patient input.

It is well understood that living beyond cancer can bring a mix of emotions, and for many people, it can be a challenging time with worries about cancer returning being part of that experience. Previous research has looked at factors which increase fear of recurrence, but researchers from Birkbeck University want to explore what protective factors may be associated with a reduced fear of recurrence.

Who can take part?

What’s involved?

  • Completing an anonymous online survey (approx. 10-15 minutes) about your experiences, support and wellbeing
