Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CAVUHB) need your views on the future of services for the next ten years.
Until the 18th December, CAVUHB is listening to its communities on what is most important to them and the challenges they face accessing health services.
Every voice will help to develop a ten year plan to ensure that future services meet the needs of every patient.
