By taking on a virtual challenge event for us, you can both support cancer patients and their loved ones while also taking steps to look after your own mental health.

A virtual challenge is a bit like running the London Marathon but on a day that suits you, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro on your stairs at home or cycling from North to South Wales on your spin bike!

All you need to do in order to complete your challenge is work out the equivalent steps / distance / length / time of your chosen challenge and decide where and when you’re going to do it.

Just a few of the benefits include no parking issues, no queuing for the toilet and you will always be the first, the fastest or the strongest on the day!

There are many simple things you can do to stay mentally and physically active both indoors and outdoors from a ‘Couch to 5k’ running challenge, a burpee challenge, or a sit-up challenge – anything that keeps you active!
