With world-renowned spectator support and epic courses, Ironman Wales is the race that legends are made of.

Hosted in the charming Welsh seaside village of Tenby, Pembrokeshire, athletes leave as friends in this unique, inviting and truly special destination nicknamed the "Iron Town".

IRONMAN Wales sees Tenby come alive to a stunning sunrise swim on Tenby's sandy North Beach, wild bike course scenery along Pembrokeshire coastline, and a fan-filled town-centre run in Tenby.

This year Tenovus Cancer Care are offering charity spaces for this iconic race.

To become one of Tenovus Cancer Care’s charity place athletes, you’ll need to pledge to raise £1,500 in sponsorship for the charity.

But don’t worry, our helpful and professional fundraising team will be there to support you every step of the way!

As one of our Ironman Wales athletes, you’ll receive the best support from our expert fundraising team.

We’ll also provide:

• A personalised Team Tenovus Cancer Care running top/vest
• Access to Tenovus Cancer Care materials – such as collection tins, balloons, posters and banners.
• Social media support, including graphics and advice
• Access to our friendly and professional team of fundraisers, who are on hand to help you every step of the way.
